My professional path first crossed with Lucy back during lockdown. I was absolutely flooded with orders and trying to manage it the old school way - paper & pen - and was failing. Lucy’s brief was simple - I wasn’t particularly tech savvy, and time was of the essence - simple, easy and functional. Lucy was extremely efficient and had me up and running with a website in less than a week. 

When I came back to her for my second website, the brief was more in depth. I was launching an online treats delivery service, and with so many around mine needed to stand out. But in the 6 years since Covid, my tech skills were no further advanced so I would need ongoing support to keep this website going.

The brief was as follows: a beautiful, rustic, homely vibe to suit my brand. User friendly, simple and easy to follow but with a feeling of Class and elegance all the way.

Every step of the way Lucy was in constant contact as she developed the design. She showed extreme levels of patience when I struggled with anything techie on my side, and always had options and answers to guide me through when I struggled.

I was very impressed with her problem solving skills and ability to offer alternative suggestions. All the while keeping my side of things straightforward & simple. 

Lucy was extremely professional throughout the process and completely took every ounce of stress away from me. Using other platforms, such as Trello, I was able to monitor the process, note down any additions or changes, and correspond with Lucy over anything she needed from me. 

The final product was all I wanted and more! And her package pricing options are such great value. She is already working on her third project with me.

For me I needed a stress free, efficient, professional, friendly and patient service. And I got that in spades! And the fact she offers so many other services - including virtual PA - means I can see myself working alongside Lucy for a long time!
